Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (print-on-demand), we only accept returns under specific conditions.

You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it if:

  • The item is in its original condition (unused, unworn, and undamaged)
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The product is not personalized or made-to-order

Please note:

  • Personalized and made-to-order items cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our side.
  • Digital products (such as PDFs and prompt collections) are non-refundable once downloaded.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

How to return an item:

  1. Contact us at info@astralallies.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Describe the reason for the return and attach photos of the product.
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.


Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
